PARENT CONSULTATIONS

 

You are invited to school to see your child (ren)’s work and discuss progress with staff on either

Tuesday 20^th October and Wednesday 21^st October 2009.  Please indicate your preferred day below and return the slip to your child/ren's teacher by Monday 5^th October 2009.  The consultations are for 10 minutes per child.

 

Please complete one form per child.
